Based on the sludge incineration and disposal project of an urban sewage treatment plant in Changzhou City, this paper summarizes the main pollution problems and control measures in the process of sludge drying and incineration from the perspective of disposal technology, and provides a reference for the pollution control of similar projects.
The wet sludge with moisture content of about 80% is weighed by the weighbridge and then delivered to the unloading station, and then quantitatively delivered to the direct drum dryer and the hollow paddle indirect dryer through the sludge delivery pump. The direct mixing drum dryer is equipped with mixing equipment. According to this effect, the sludge containing 80% water is put into use and lifted by the scraper installed on the cylinder block and then falls. During the falling process, it repeatedly contacts with the mixing rod and mixes with the hot air of the drying heat source with high efficiency and flows, and then quickly breaks and mixes into fine particles. By increasing the surface area of the sludge, the sludge can be efficiently dried to obtain dry sludge with a moisture content of about 20%. The direct agitating drum dryer uses the high-temperature incineration flue gas of the incinerator to dry the sludge, and the moisture in the sludge is discharged with the high-temperature flue gas.
The waste water produced by the enterprise mainly includes production waste water and domestic sewage. The production waste water includes laboratory waste water, deodorization spray tower waste water, drying condensation waste water, flue gas washing waste water, etc; After mixing in the production wastewater pool, the production wastewater and domestic sewage meet the standard and are connected to the sewage treatment plant for centralized treatment; Circulating cooling wastewater and steam condensate wastewater are discharged as clean water through rainwater pipe network.
